Sales Account Manager - London

Job Title: Sales Account Manager (London)
Basic Salary: £23,000
Realistic Earning Opportunity: In the region of £50,000 +
Hours: 45 per week Monday – Friday 09:15am - 19:30pm
Location: Boston Manor Road, Brentford

Key Requirements:

  • Background in sales / business development within a target driven environment
  • Customer focused with the ability to listen, build credible relationships and overcome concerns
  • Resilient, positive and professional attitude
  • Achieve personal sales targets through converting warm leads
  • Work confidently on our bespoke CRM system and Microsoft office to ensure information is captured accurately recorded
  • Articulate, organised and customer focused
  • Visualise and demonstrate our company ethos of putting the customer first abiding by KPIs and FCA regulations.

 

We are a Dorset based company and are now expanding to launch our new offices in Boston Manor, Brentford. We are looking for passionate self-starters who are looking for more than just a job.

**Full training will be provided in our offices in Bournemouth, Dorset for up to 3 months initially and therefore applicants must be able to commit to working away Monday- Friday. Accommodation and travel expenses will be covered by Protect Line for up to 3 months. **

The Role:

You will be responsible for engaging in open and exploratory conversations with customers who have generated an online enquiry in to life insurance. Using listening skills you will focus on understanding the customers concerns which prompted their search, and gather information by building rapport and asking open ended questions.
Following our sales process you will overcome customer concerns, and use influencing skills to help the customer realise the benefits of our products, and take the customer through an application for life insurance.
