Job Title: Office Receptionist (2 roles available)
Reports to: Recruitment Manager
Salary: £7.50 per hour
Hours: 2 x part time roles, 26 hours per week each covering 09:00am and 7:30pm Monday- Friday
Morning role 09:00am – 2:15pm
Afternoon role 2:15pm – 7:30pm

We are currently in the process of an office refurbishment which includes acquiring additional space to cater for the on-going growth across the company. With this in mind we are looking for two internal Receptionists that will create a centralised function for all incoming phone and face to face enquires.
As the first point of contact, these varied roles will act as the face of Protect Line and will be supporting all areas of the business. As well as taking full responsibility for incoming calls and dealing with visitors face to face, a part of these roles will involve general office organisation.
We are therefore looking for a well presented, confident, individual who is well organised with the initiative to work under minimum supervision.
