Basic Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum dependant on experience
Hours: 45 per week Monday - Friday (no weekends)

A key part of our operation is ensuring we remain compliant and adhere to regulation set out by the Financial Conduct Authority. This role will work within our existing quality team, providing support and acting as the point of contact for compliance and quality procedures. A large proportion of this role is call listening and monitoring customer calls throughout various aspects of the sales journey.
