Sales Manager

Reports to: Head of Sales
Basic Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
Hours: 45 per week Monday to Friday
Realistic Earning Opportunity:  £85,000 OTE per annum
Location: Bournemouth/ Poole

Due to the continued growth of our Bournemouth based sales function, we are looking for additional Sales Managers to help take this growth to the next level.
We are looking for proven Sales Leaders not tick box Managers, who genuinely care about doing right by our customers, business and people without compromise.  You will truly understand the importance of engaging and leading people to success, through a strong coaching ethic, which is critical in achieving our preferred method of both supporting and growing our people.

A high level of emotional intelligence is critical as it marries up with our approach of connecting and understanding our people. In addition those who are capable of adapting to each person as a unique individual over a one size fits all approach; as such Situational Leadership should be an area of strength.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Management/Leadership experience
  • A proven track record of success – delivering results in line with quality and compliance standards
  • Ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of coaching and talk through the essential steps of effective coaching
  • Hands on, positive and charismatic leadership approach – Lead by example not by words alone
  • A hunger and capacity to learn in a fast paced, regulated environment
