As a Marketing Manager, you will be:
- Spearheading our marketing initiatives, focusing intensively on performance marketing strategies to enhance lead generation and E-commerce marketing.
- Embracing and promoting a servant leadership style, nurturing team talent, and encouraging growth and innovation.
- Developing and implementing modern digital PR strategies, including newsjacking and organic link-building, to solidify our market presence.
- Leading our team through agile marketing practices, ensuring a dynamic, responsive approach to market changes.
- Cultivating strong cross-functional relationships, collaborating closely with sales and leadership to maintain and enhance our workplace culture.
What We’re Looking For:
- Demonstrable experience in a senior marketing role with a significant focus on performance marketing within competitive markets, preferably in financial services or insurance
- A proven track record of team leadership, with hands-on experience in nurturing staff development and managing through line reports.
- Solid expertise in driving lead generation through various channels and strategies, with particular strengths in CRO, Digital PR, and integrated communication strategies (Email and SMS marketing).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their practical application within marketing teams.
- Outstanding organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (experience with Asana is a plus).
